Robert A. Ashenden, MAI is a senior consultant and appraiser to the real estate industry who specializes in the analysis of investment grade real estate.  He engages in litigation support, acquisition and disposition due diligence studies, workout and repositioning strategies, as well as traditional appraisal assignments.  His real estate appraisals have been used for portfolio valuations, ad valorem tax appeals, financing, establishing the basis for securities prices for REITs and investor reporting, etc.

Mr. Ashenden's special area of competence is the planning, coordination, analysis and review of broad scope valuation assignments that encompass the three traditional valuation areas.  He also specializes in annual or quarterly valuations for pension funds and asset management clients, with analysis experience and consultation background in all types of commercial and industrial property on a national basis.

Myron J. Evanich, Ph.D., MAI is a senior consultant, real estate appraiser, broker and instructor to the real estate industry .  His special area of competence is the analysis and appraisal of investment grade commercial and industrial real estate.  Large residential estates are also a main focus.  Valuation assignments have been used for portfolio valuations, ad valorem tax appeals, financing, eminent domain proceedings for both state and local bodies, and estate and divorce settlements.

As a former university professor, Dr. Evanich brings his educational experience to the real estate field.  He is a Senior Instructor for a  national real estate appraisal school and an Illinois licensed Real Estate Instructor.  Real estate appraisal courses taught throughout the United States include both pre-licensing and certification courses, including USPAP, and other state-approved continuing education courses.
